APPOINTMENT

  • To secure your appointment, a 20% non refundable deposit must be made.

 

  • You’re required to pay the balance on the day of your appointment.

 

  • If you don’t book your appointment within an hour of requesting for our account details, please confirm the availability of the slot before making payment.

 

CANCELLATION / NO- SHOW

  • Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hrs to your appointment.

 

  • Any cancellation/rescheduling/no show made less than 24 hrs in advance will result in total loss of deposit.

 

  • Cancellation/rescheduling of appointment needs to done on the platform you booked your appointment (DM/Whatsapp).

 

LATE ARRIVAL

  • Please note that slots are only kept for 1 hr after which it will be open to others for bookings if payment isn’t made.

 

  • Kindly arrive on time (we recommend 20 minutes) before your appointment as late arrival may result in a shorter service time.
